Happy New Year everyone! I wanted to show you the New Year’s Collection of our printables. My son was so sweet and helped me pick out the colors for this collection.
There are so many things you can do with this collection. In this collection you will find:
✔Banner – “Happy New Year”
✔Patterned Paper – 18 pages
✔Activity card set (Includes a blank page for you to come up with your own ideas.)
✔Bunting paper patterns (Can use for crafting other than the bunting)
✔”The best is yet to come” and “Happy New Year” Prints
✔Time Capsule Booklet. (Make one for each person or use one for the whole family!)
✔Organizational envelope paper to make your own envelopes for storage (More on this later. )

In this collection, I have added a ton of different papers for you to be able to craft and create with! I have made some goodie bags, envelopes, and even confetti. (I will be posting about the DIY confetti soon)

As usual, you know I am a sucker for banners and for versatility! The banner printable has two flags per page, but the more that you print per page, the smaller the banner becomes making it perfect to hang in different locations.

You can also change the sizes for the papers if you are limited on ink/ instant ink pages for the month.

I revamped the time capsule booklet I created a few years ago to coordinate with the printables. My idea on this was a page to fill out each year and keep together for a fun memory. (Or “Rememborie” as my daughter used to say when she was little.) I printed one for our whole family to write in rather than individual because, to be honest, its harder to misplace if there are less of them and it stores better.

I am also going to add in the photo we take with the year card. I did the next decade so the the printable is ready for the years to come.

The year cards come originally 2 to a page, but they can also be printed multiple to a page for smaller cards!
I also included some activity cards to encourage connection. The cards can be done all at once, or pick one to do each hour, or 15 mins if you are speeding up the new years clock to keep kiddos on their sleeping schedule. In addition to the ones I picked out, I also included a blank one for you to add in your own ideas. It would be fun to hide these around the house and play hot and cold to find them! (A note on these, I printed one of the patterned papers on one side of the sheet, then printed the cards on the other so the backs have a pattern on them rather than just a blank back. I have instant ink pages to use so I figured, why not.)

There are two prints in this collection and I really do hope that this year is the best to come for you!

and don’t forget the bunting/starburst papers! You can watch the video here on how to make them. I just glued two of the papers together to make the circles. I ended up hot gluing a scrap of paper onto the back and then using teachers sticky putty to hang on the walls. The nice thing is that these store nice and flat but remember to clean of the teacher tack off or it will stick together. You can watch how to make them HERE.

Also something new I am trying is coordinating storage envelopes. My thoughts were to protect the paper banners as they are stored. In the past I have just used ziplock bags, but some of the banners get crinkled. I’ll post a tutorial on how to make the envelopes soon. I added a few velcro dots for the closure, but you could tape it shut or use a paper clip.

As the year goes on, I am going to try REALLY hard to get all of my holiday printables up for everyone to enjoy! The next one to come will be Valentine’s day!
